Here at Holiday Homes Turkey we are always looking for properties on the Turquoise Coast to complement our collection of superb villas and apartments. There is no charge for adding your holiday rental property, and we can offer a range of marketing and management options to suit your requirements and budgets.
Bespoke packages
We know each property and every owner is as unique as the guests, so we have a simple primary package for all owners and a bespoke package building option to create exactly the service you need, offering the flexibility to add options only when required.
We do require the property has certain minimum standards of facilities available to guests and of course is maintained to a high level. We can advise on this during the initial enquiry stage.
It is also a requirement that in order for us to promote your property most effectively, we have access to high quality, professional standard photographs, which are available for us to use. If you do not own such photographs, please do ask, we have our own photographer who will deal with you directly to provide you with photos. These photos are yours to keep and use as you wish for all your promotional needs.
