This 3-bedroom apartment in Kalkan Turkey is in an excellent location, a 5-minute stroll will take you to the town centre with all the cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within easy reach and a couple of minutes further has you arriving at the beach and harbour.

This duplex apartment is on the ground floor level of a newly built,  small complex of just four apartments.  It’s size is easily comparable to that of a 3-bedroom villa due to its spaciousness both internally and externally.  There’s plenty of outdoor separate areas where to enjoy and relax.

Access to the apartment is via a private gate and steps.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

Consist of generously sized, wrap-around terrace with the private pool taking centre stage.  There’s sun loungers, parasols, bistro table and chairs as well as a gorgeous L-shaped Ottoman seating area with colourful, soft furnishings and table situated under a shaded pergola. A great little place to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book.

There’s al fresco dining with rattan styled dining table and chairs for 6 guests and another cool area which is partially undercover and shaded with relaxed casual seating and dining. For BBQ lovers there’s one on-site.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, furniture and fittings are contemporary with a well-laid out fully equipped kitchen area, breakfast bar and bar stools. TV with satellite channels, iPod docking station, a comfortable sofa and DVD player are in situ  for your entertainment. Two sets of full size sliding patio doors give you access to the pool and terrace with spectacular views of Mouse and Snake Island and the Mediterranean beyond.

The kitchen consists of fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, kettle, water cooler / dispenser, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine (5 capsules are provided – please do bring your favourite additional capsules with you).

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom complete with double bed, bedside tables, vanity table and seat, mirror and sliding wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Direct access to the pool terrace through full-size sliding patio doors.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 2

A double bedroom featuring a king-size bed, bedside tables, a separate His and Hers dressing area and en-suite shower room.  Full size glass sliding doors lead out to a patio area furnished with comfy table and chairs.

Bedroom 3

This twin bedroom is complete with bedside tables, vanity table and seat, mirror and sliding door, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.  Again, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to a patio area furnished with comfy table and chairs.
