Villa Supernova is one of Kalkan’s ultimate, high spec, newly built villas. Designed with flare and ingenuity, it’s stylish, spacious and has all the amenities you could wish for, the perfect backdrop for your dream holiday. Situated in a slightly elevated position in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, overlooking the bay, you can easily walk into town in approximately 10-minutes. The superstars of the villa include a fabulous indoor pool with jacuzzi, which can be heated (additional fee) if required, and a stunning outdoor infinity pool. Both pools use salt-water systems.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

A generously sized infinity pool with floating wooden platforms, super comfy sun loungers and a shallow pool area make up the centre of this villa’s outdoor area. The view of the bay is really something else, stretching way out past Snake and Mouse Islands to the sparkling Mediterranean. Al fresco dining and lounging can be enjoyed at the side of the terrace beneath a sizeable, shaded covering as well as comfy sofas, armchairs, and a swing chair for two, the perfect spot for a sundowner with your loved ones.  There’s a fantastic BBQ to enjoy in-house private dining. We have options available for private catering and BBQ evenings should you wish us to organise for you.

GROUND FLOOR

The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, the furniture and fittings are sleek and stylish with a streamline, deluxe kitchen, indoor dining and a super-sized L-shaped sofa and large flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors expand the perimeter of this area leading out to the lounging terrace and infinity pool. Whichever way you gaze there’s beautiful vistas.

A WC is also located on this floor for convenience.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

As you walk down the stairs from the ground floor you’ll be wowed by the incredibly spacious, leading-edge leisure area, incorporating an indoor salt-water pool with jacuzzi, gym, yoga mats, hammam, sauna, kitchenette, table football, full-size pool table, loungers, and a TV.

There’s also two bedrooms on this level.

Bedroom 1

A king-sized stylish, four poster bed stands proud in the middle, with a free-standing bath, open wardrobes, vanity area, television, WC, Jack and Jill wash basins, and shower room. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the leisure area. How wonderful it will be to wake up, have coffee by the pool and then a swim to rejuvenate!

Bedroom 2

A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity area, television. Sliding patio doors lead out to a fabulous balcony with sea views and furniture in which to sit and admire them from.

FIRST FLOOR

Leading up from the ground floor are three further bedrooms on this level.

Bedroom 3

The master bedroom is home to a sumptuous king-size bed, a contemporary armchair, free-standing bath, vanity table, bedside tables, and television. There’s a separate dressing area with open wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Sliding glass doors lead out to a stunning, shared, wrap-around, furnished, balcony with further sea views.

Bedroom 4

Another twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, television, and vanity area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the previously mentioned shared balcony area.

Bedroom 5

A further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity area and television. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished shared balcony with sea views.
