Villa Nuz has recently been tastefully refurbished to an extremely high standard and the latest addition being a sumptuous slice of spa heaven – a private sauna for you to luxurate in. Villa Nuz has a cool, contemporary design-led feel, and enjoys superb views over the scintillating waters of Kalamar Bay.

Starting with the outdoor space, Villa Nuz has a generous sized infinity pool which can be heated during the cooler months (additional charge applies). GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, water cooler, electric hob and extractor, dishwasher and oven. Air conditioning, a large comfy sofa and electric blinds rising to give way to floor to ceiling sliding doors to the exterior complete this lovely open plan area.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Here you’ll find the sensational wood-clad sauna with the most glorious views of the bay.  It’s the ideal spot to watch the sunset from with your favourite tipple, whilst the magic of the steam heals your body and mind.  The lower ground floor also comprises 3 generous double bedrooms, 2 of them have en suite shower rooms and 1 with a bathroom adjacent. There is also a games room with amazing selection of games including air hockey, play station 4 , table football and dart board. This lower level is completed by a WC and utility room with washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR

A stylish staircase takes you from the ground floor to an outstanding master bedroom on the first floor. The room has superb views out over Kalamar bay through floor to ceiling glass opening onto a small balcony.
