EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

Stepping out onto the travertine tiled terrace for the first time will take your breath away as your eyes meet that vista. Here you can dine al fresco at the beautiful rattan style dining table with chairs to seat up to 10 guests, there’s also a relaxed seating area comprising of rattan look armchairs and sofa.

To the side of the villa is a large decked terrace with your private infinity pool . If you’ve had a busy day or would simply like to relax, then you could luxuriate in the jacuzzi section of the pool.

Padded comfy sun loungers and parasols are available should you wish for a little shade on those super sunny days.

There’s also a BBQ for a chilled out evening in at the villa.

Stylishly decorated in cool grey and white with a splash of warmth in the soft furnishings, the living & kitchen area is completely open plan with floor to ceiling glass doors that permit you to continue taking in the sweep of the bay.

The living room provides the perfect mix for social and modern living, with its comfy L-shaped sofa and 2 white armchairs for relaxing while watching the flat screen TV or DVDs. There’s a dining area with table and chairs for up to 10 guests. The living area leads out directly to the terrace and the infinity pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with modern appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & electric oven.  The gas hob and extractor have been installed into the centrally located island unit, so, while cooking you get the added bonus of that view again!

On this level is also a separate WC for your convenience.

Twin Bedroom with en-suite shower room, and sea views, glass sliding doors through which you can step directly onto the pool terrace or to the balcony area which is furnished with rattan style sun loungers, parasol, and a cosy rattan swing chair for two.
