Villa Greenview is located in the much sought-after area of Kalamar Bay, Kalkan. Breath-taking panoramic views of the sea bring an air of ease and relaxation. It has 7 bedrooms and accommodates up to 16 people. An extremely spacious villa with a modern, open, and elegant design. Special features include a large infinity pool (which can be heated during the cooler months at an additional charge) and terrace as well as a jacuzzi. We highly recommend this for a family or group holiday as we find the full-size snooker table a win for kids and adults alike. There’s something for everyone at Villa Greenview. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout.

Locally in Kalamar there are several fabulous restaurants, supermarkets, hammams and spas, hairdressers, Kalamar beach club and the PADI registered dive centre all within a few minutes walking distance. It’s just a 15-minute gentle stroll into Kalkan’s main town or why not hop in a taxi for the 4-minute ride?

EXTERIOR AND POOL AREA

There’s a spacious sun terrace with a super-sized private infinity swimming pool that takes centre place. The advantage being that the pool can be heated in the cooler months, if required (additional charge applies). Comfy sun loungers and parasols adorn the gorgeous terrace as well as a rattan styled relaxed seating area. There’s al fresco dining under a shaded pergola area and a stone-built BBQ, perfect for a relaxed night in. There’s a small garden with mature fruit trees that bear the most joyous of fruits.

To the front of the villa there’s off-street parking via the large wooden gates.

Garden and pool maintenance is carried out by the staff once a day, morning, or evening.

GROUND FLOOR

Open plan living area with a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, and washing machine. Together with all the cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery you need to self-cater should you wish. The extended kitchen worktops create a breakfast bar area together with bar stools. The living area is stylish and spacious with comfy sofas, TV with satellite channels and there’s an indoor dining area. Full size sliding doors lead out to the sun terrace.

Bedroom 1

A twin bedroom with sliding door wardrobes, vanity table, seating and mirror, bedside table, and en-suite shower room, handy for those less fond of stairs. There’s a private balcony with access to the side of the terrace.

The second floor is penthouse style with one super large bedroom, split into two areas and divided by the en-suite shower room. 1 queen size double bed and twin beds. Also on this floor is a further large double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have outdoor terrace or balcony with exceptional sea views. A jacuzzi hot tub, relaxed seating and sun loungers are situated on one of the top terraces offering one of the best views in Kalkan.
