This family friendly, modern, three storey villa is available year-round. Within close proximity to both Kalkan Beach Park – ideal for younger visitors and Mahal Beach Club which is a little more secluded and better suited to adults.

Kalkan town is within easy reach by a water taxi (daytime only), normal road taxi or if you don’t mind a gentle stroll, it is approximately a 15 – 20-minute walk into town. Kisla has a few local restaurants and a market for your convenience.

The villa has a security alarm system with remote control and security cameras overlooking the walls and entrance of the villa.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

The natural marble terrace surrounding the curved infinity pool is well laid out with 8 comfortable sun loungers and a parasol.  A super advantage of renting this villa is that the pool can be heated during the slightly cooler months (additional charge applies).

To the rear is a pool shower, table tennis table, a built-in stone BBQ with adjoining food preparation area, sink and storage – perfect for a laid-back night in. There is al fresco dining for 8 guests under a retractable awning – handy when eating during bright sunshine.

The kitchen is a modern style with fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, hob, toaster and filter coffee machines for the coffee lovers among you. You’ll find it’s fully equipped with utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

A beautiful wooden dining table with 8 chairs completes this sociable yet functional area.

Child safety gates are present at the entrance to the staircases leading to both the lower and upper floors.

Feeling energetic? Wish to keep up your exercise regime while away? This villa has gym equipment consisting of a treadmill, cross-trainer, fly-weights machine, dumbbells, Pilates ball, yoga mats and exercise bike.
