A contemporary, modern villa with the perfect ‘home from home’ feel, having all you could wish for and more for a relaxing Kalkan holiday. Located just above the town in an enviable position with superb views, you’ll find yourself mesmerised by the magical Kalkan bay. The downhill walk into the centre of town will take you 10 – 15-minutes at a leisurely pace.  Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are throughout the villa.

Access to the villa is by steps from the lower road, where you’ll notice a garage parking area to your left.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

Taking the rise of steps will lead you to a sizeable grey marble tiled area with a large dark tiled infinity pool which looks heavenly by day with the clouds reflecting in its water and equally as enchanting when lit in the evening. There’s ample sunbeds and parasols, comfy rattan sofas and large matching dining table with chairs for that perfect al fresco meal. And if you love a BBQ then you’re in luck there’s also a portable one here.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead you to interior from the pool terrace. This sizeable open plan living space possesses two stylish sofas and a cushy armchair awaiting your relaxation and ease. There’s also a flat screen satellite TV with access to UK channels.

The elegant kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll require during your stay; dishwasher, cooker, microwave, gas hob and fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils etc.

Inside dining can also take place at the large dining table and chairs in this living area.

Bedroom 1

A double bedroom is located on this floor with en-suite shower room and sliding patio doors that lead out to the side of the pool terrace.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2

Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, wardrobe and vanity unit, open out onto a lovely balcony with wonderful sea views.

Bedroom 3

Large double bed with en-suite shower room, wardrobe and vanity unit, open out to shared balcony, again with sea views.

Bedroom 4

Large double bed with walk in dressing room, en-suite shower room comprising Jack and Jill hand wash basins, and two showers. The furnished private balcony is the perfect spot for your breakfast coffee and a quiet moment.

Bedroom 5 

Another spacious master suite occupies the top floor. Once more the luxurious en-suite shower room is laid out in a his ‘n’ her style with a hand wash basin and shower each. Large sliding doors lead you to a fabulous terrace with your own sunbeds and uninterrupted view of the scintillating Kalkan bay.
