EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

The outdoor space is optimised with a fabulous salt-water infinity pool which can be heated during the cooler months (additional fee applies) and makes the most of the views. Lovely greenery adorns the flower beds either side of the villa and a grassy area completes the front facing aesthetics of the exterior. The terraced area is spacious and very comfortably houses sun loungers and parasols, a seating area, al fresco dining table and chairs as well as a BBQ and food preparation area. Should you tire of bathing and relaxing you can also enjoy a game of table tennis or table football.

INTERIOR AREA

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Wow – factor open plan living area consisting of lounge, dining and kitchen. This space is contemporary and super stylish. Featuring a large, comfy L shaped sofa with additional chaise to one end and integrated speakers. If you love your TV while you’re away you won’t be disappointed with the big screen LCD TV which has a range of UK Channels as well as Netflix.

A fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary pleasures. Continuing with the contemporary flow it’s sleek fixtures and fittings work very well alongside the spacious dining area with it’s modern wooden table and voguish chairs.

This area gives you direct access to the delightful sun terrace through floor to ceiling doors which once again maximise the light and vistas.

There’s also a handy WC on this floor along with a useful storage room.

A set of stairs rises up to the next floor, which is also the main entrance to the villa.

GROUND FLOOR

Bedrooms 1 & 2

Comprising of two luxurious double bedrooms with large king size beds to each, jacuzzi baths, en suite shower rooms, large wardrobes, TVs and dressing table. The views are framed by sliding glass doors leading onto a balcony bistro table and chairs.

There’s also the relaxing sauna on this floor to ease your muscles and clear the mind.

Bedrooms 3 & 4

Here you’ll discover two further double bedrooms with large king size beds, wardrobes, dressing tables and TV to each. Sliding doors open out to balconies with bistro table and chairs, another great spot to admire the sea view from.

Both bedrooms have a jacuzzi bath, one within the en suite shower room, the other separate shower room.

Have you tried a Turkish hammam? Well if you’re a fan of these then you’ll definitely want to stay on this floor because also located here is the hammam room – a Turkish bath.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 5

Snuggled on this floor is a great twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, wardrobe, TV and dressing unit. Glass doors lead out onto a super terraced area with spectacular vistas, sofas, sunbeds and parasols. What an amazing spot for pre – dinner drinkies while watching the sunset.
