Our 3 exclusive villas – Kai, Noi and Zoe are situated in Ulugöl, a slightly remote area that’s just a 6-minute taxi ride from Kalkan itself. It’s the ideal location for those wanting to get away from it all yet, stay in a luxurious home, surrounded by nature with stunning views of Kalkan Bay.

These villas have it all on hand and there’s also the ability to pop into town too if you want a livelier vibe.

Twice daily, a personal taxi service is offered into town, free of charge, for our guests. There’s a staff member on-site between the hours of 9am and 6pm to satisfy your requirements for such needs as groceries, meat from the butchers, refreshments etc. There is also a small supermarket within 5-minutes’ walk of the villa. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout and externally CCTV is in operation. Underfloor heating is a bonus should you wish to holiday in the cooler months. If you are bringing or hiring a car (we can arrange this too) you’ll be able to make use of the private shuttered car parking space.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

A stunning saltwater infinity pool awaits you with outstanding views of the bay and an integral jacuzzi. You’ll find a delightful, shaded area under a retractable roof with a large chic sofa, chairs, stools and table – the perfect place for your morning coffee or for al fresco dining. BBQ lovers will be able to make use of the BBQ on-site. Comfy sun loungers and parasols complete the external areas.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

As you open the front door, you’ll discover a superbly designed open plan area with gorgeous white marble effect tiles throughout. To the left there’s fitted floor to ceiling units with ample storage and a WC for your convenience.

Bedroom 1

Prepare to be wowed as you step into one of the two master suites. To your left is a separate, walk-in dressing room, complete with wardrobes, vanity unit and seat leading through to a shower room.

The main bedroom consists of a large double bed, over-sized Chesterfield style chair, television and a jacuzzi bath to relax in while you take in the simply breath-taking views afforded by the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. A lovely balcony, with rattan style tables and comfy chairs completes this area.

Open Plan Living Area

Light floods this luxurious space through the large patio doors that extend the width of the area and provides the access to the pool terrace. It’s a superbly social yet functional area with the lounge consisting of a flat screen TV with Netflix and satellite TV channels, Chesterfield-style sofa and two fabulous large chairs.  Moving to the dining area there’s table and chairs for 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate island unit with bar stools. Complete with Bosch appliances, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, filter coffee machine, tea machine, and toaster the kitchen has all you could possibly want to enjoy that home from home feel.

Access to the first floor is via a contemporary wooden staircase with glass panels and an indoor feature garden area.

FIRST FLOOR

From the landing to the left is the utility washroom with plenty of storage and a washing machine.

Bedroom 2

Another spectacular master suite, almost identical to Bedroom 1 with a large walk–in dressing room, plenty of wardrobe space, vanity unit with chair, a comfy over-sized Chesterfield-style chair, and a separate en-suite shower room. The bedroom area features a luxurious double bed, TV and that wonderful jacuzzi bath in which you’ll recline, soak, and enjoy those views once more. Your balcony has comfy rattan style table and chairs – when will you spend time there? Maybe a place to sit and watch the magnificent sunsets?

FIRST FLOOR TERRACE

To the right of the staircase, you’ll find access to a fabulous terrace area where everyone will want to hang out at some point during your stay, for sure. There’s a gorgeous rattan sofa and chairs and a fabulous swing sun lounger, raised planted beds and an original glass table tennis table under a shaded retractable roof area.

ADDITIONAL ANNEXE GUEST BEDROOM 3

Located to the left of the main villa door with its own entrance, is a self-contained suite. This is an excellent addition to the property and could perhaps be used for older children, grandparents, or your nanny/caregiver – those that need a little space separate from you; maybe they’ll be coming home in the early hours after a night out or for those of your group who may wish to retire early.

Stone-clad walls adorn the double bedroom. It has a modern style en-suite shower room and is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, and a mini fridge. A small window overlooks the garden.

Additional information:

Safe boxes are available in each bedroom and there’s an on-site generator in the event of an electrical failure.

Please note there are no sea views or balcony to the annexe guest bedroom 3.
