Beautifully accommodating up to 6 guests, it can be rented in conjunction with its sister apartment Max 1, should two families or groups of friends wish to holiday together while retaining their own private living areas. Close to town, it’s less than a 15-minute downhill walk to the main shops, bars, restaurants, and beach.

Max 1 and 2 Apartments are pretty much identical in terms of layouts and style, the only exception being that Max 2 Apartment also has a gym on the lower ground floor for anyone wishing to keep up their fitness levels while away.

Access to the apartment is on the ground floor level and if you’re bringing or hiring a car (we can arrange this too) you’ll be able to make use of the ample street parking around the apartments.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREAS

Ground Floor

This area benefits from a super private infinity pool, spacious sun terrace, furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There’s also an outdoor seating area with a comfy sofa, chairs and table as well as an al fresco dining are for 6 guests. A portable BBQ is on hand for a fun night in.

Lower Ground Floor

You’ll find the children’s pool on this level with surrounding grassy areas, sun terrace and loungers.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

Upon entering this modern open plan apartment, you’ll be impressed by its spaciousness.

The white glossy kitchen is fully equipped with all you’ll require during your stay. There’s a dining suite for 6 guests and the fresh feel, furnished living area contains an L-shaped sofa, chesterfield style armchair and flat screen television. Floor to ceiling, sliding doors lead directly onto the pool terrace.

Also located on this floor is a guest WC.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

This area houses all the bedrooms which have glass sliding doors opening onto the children’s pool terrace.

Bedroom 1

A large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Housing sliding door wardrobes, bedside tables, vanity table and mirror and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2

A further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom consists of bedside tables, open wardrobe hanging space and mirror.

Bedroom 3

A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with a large open wardrobe space and bedside table.

Gym

You’ll find this handy if you’d like to participate in a little fitness. There’s a weights machine, exercise bike and running machine.
