Max 1 Apartment is a modern 3-bedroom duplex apartment. It’s a rare jewel of an apartment as it houses not one but two swimming pools: an infinity pool and a children’s pool. Very comfortably accommodating 6 guests, this apartment can also be rented in conjunction with its sister apartment Max 2. An ideal solution for two families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together yet retaining their own living space. Close to town, it’s an approximate 15-minutue downhill walk to the restaurants, shops and captivating harbour.

Access is on the ground floor level. If you are bringing or hiring a car (we can arrange this too) there’s plenty of areas to park around the outside of the apartments.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment.

Ground Floor

The apartment benefits from a superb private infinity pool, large sun terrace, with sun loungers and parasols. There’s an outdoor seating area consisting of a comfy sofa, chairs and table and al fresco dining for 6 guests as well as a portable BBQ.

Lower Ground Floor

The children’s pool is located on this level surrounded by grassy garden areas and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

GROUND FLOOR

Entering the apartment, you are immediately in awe of the modern open plan layout and spaciousness.

There’s a beautiful white glossy fully equipped kitchen with indoor dining for 6 guests. The contemporary furnished living area consists of a comfy L- shaped sofa, chesterfield style armchair and flat screen TV.  Full size, glass, sliding doors lead directly out to the pool terrace.

A WC is also located on this floor – handy!

Bedroom 1

A large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom consists of sliding door wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table and mirror and an en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2

A further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom consists of bedside tables, open wardrobe hanging space and mirror.

Bedroom 3

A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom consists of a large open wardrobe space and bedside table.

All bedrooms have glass, sliding doors leading directly out to the children’s pool terrace.
