Our fine collection of 3 luxurious villas with simply stunning views, overlooking the scintillating Kalkan bay are a must – stay.

Comprising of two 4-bedroom and one 5-bedroom private villas. We love this location with its easy access into Kalkan centre; just under 15-minutes downhill walk, or a 4-minute taxi ride. These contemporary villas benefit from being either next door or adjacent to one another; what could be better for a group of friends or large multi-generational family wanting to holiday at the same time, together but with their own space?

All the villas in this collection have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, weekly clean with linen change, safe, pool towels and hairdryers.

This property is the twin of Villa 1 in terms of layout and furnishings however there are just a couple of slight differences which we should point out.

Villa 2 not only benefits from the spectacular vistas from the first floor but also from the gorgeous pool or terrace areas, so here you have a choice of sunset drinks views! It also has the added advantage of pool heating (additional charge applies), which means its more appropriate for use in the cooler seasons – October through to May.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

Floor to ceiling sliding doors will take you to the outdoor terrace with your private pool, ample sunbeds, parasols, swing egg-chair, sofa seating, BBQ, table tennis table and covered dining area with table and chairs.

INTERIOR

Ground Floor

The ground floor opens out onto a spacious and bright open plan living area housing the kitchen, lounge and dining areas making it a lovely social space.

You’ll find the kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a great range of all the appliances necessary to prepare, store and cook food, including a water cooler.

There’s a large dining table with seating for 8 or you may prefer to eat al fresco in the beautiful outdoor shaded area. The lounge area consists of comfy sofas and TV.

Bedroom 1

This a large double bedroom with gorgeous tiling throughout and an obscure glazed panel concealing the stylish en-suite shower room. It has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opening straight out onto the garden area.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2

Bright double bedroom with similar layout and furnishings to bedroom 1, obscure glazed en-suite shower room area. Sliding doors to side balcony.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom faces the Kalkan bay and has spectacular views over the glistening waters. It’s another double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The balcony runs the length of the front of the property and is shared with the next bedroom (separate access) and furnished with café tables and chairs.

Twin beds with en-suite bathroom and that wonderful balcony area. Super place to watch the sunset from.
