Villa Tekin is a superbly appointed, stylish 4-bedroom villa, located in the desirable area of Ortaalan, Kalkan, Turkey.  It’s finishing touches are a high standard and it is incredibly sleek yet, has the home from home feel, just perfect for your holiday. With a short, gentle downhill stroll into the main town and all its amenities, restaurants, bars, beach, and shops, it’s definitely a winner in our books!

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa.

The villa spans 5 floors with 3 gorgeous double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom along with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas for everyone to relax in. It’s the ideal choice for a large family or a group of friends.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

The exterior areas have beautifully defined differing levels.

There’s a large, lush garden area at the top as you arrive through the main external entrance gate, the perfect area for the kids to roll around in the grass and play whilst the older children and adults alike can play some sport.  On this area you’ll find badminton rackets, a basketball net and table tennis if you fancy a little ping pong or just to fool around! For those just wishing to relax and watch the fun there’s a double swing egg chair here.

Moving down to the same level as the ground floor of the villa and located just outside of the kitchen sliding patio doors is the barbecue area if you fancy a chilled night in?  There’s a cosy al fresco dining area for 8 guests with a stone-built BBQ, and a double swing egg chair. If you’d like, as you are on holiday after all, we can arrange for a private chef to prepare and make a barbecue feast for you, all the clearing up will be done too – so all you need to do is relax and feel at home in your gorgeous villa.

From the barbeque area there’s an external staircase which takes you down to the fantastic exterior space on the lower ground floor. Here is the fabulous sun terrace and generously sized private swimming pool.  Adorned with comfy sun loungers, parasols, stylish sofa and chairs under a shaded pergola. In a covered space you’ll find the dart board, pool shower, and a full-size pool table.

There’s also a kitchenette area with sink and drinks / food preparation surface. Perfect for a night in or making your own cocktails while playing a game of pool!

ROOF-TOP SEA VIEW TERRACE

Oh my, this must be one of the best spaces ever!! You’ll feel like you’re in the sky.

The spacious terrace could be a super spot for morning yoga and offers shading with the light pergola. There’s a sizeable L-shaped sofa, chairs, and a table suitable for al fresco dining or for simply relaxing with your favourite tipple and watching the stunning sunsets.  There’s a double daybed should you wish to escape the sun and read a book during the day or it’s the perfect spot for star gazing in the evening. To top the area off, there’s a jacuzzi bath with an absolutely breathtaking view of Kalkan Bay out to the horizon beyond.

There’s even a WC located here too – very convenient!

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

Leading from the entrance door is an inviting open plan living space, with 2 large comfy sofas, armchairs and flatscreen TV, along with lovely drift wood accessory furnishings.

Indoor dining for 8 guests at the wooden table with chic chairs and some bench style seating.

Sliding patio doors from the dining area and lounge area take you straight out to a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs – another great place to sit and admire the views of Kalkan Bay.

You’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen consisting of fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, extractor, hob, Turkish coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and water dispenser – all the appliances required for you to happily self-cater on holiday, should you wish.
