Villa Sky is a beautifully styled, luxurious 5-bedroom villa, which comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. And, if children are holidaying with you, it’s possible to put up 12 guests, as all bedrooms are large enough to house an extra child’s bed or cot.

Located just above the charming town, in an area of Kalkan known as Akbel, affording phenomenal vistas of Kalkan Bay, stretching way out past Snake and Mouse Islands to the open, sparkling Mediterranean Sea. It’s definitely a wonderful place to wake up, wandering onto your balcony in the morning. You’ll see the boats leave the harbour or you can watch them return at sunset.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa and there’s a security alarm and safe.

A 15-minute downhill stroll will take you into town, you may well prefer a taxi back, they are very reasonable.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

The sun terrace is located down a small flight of stairs on a level between the ground floor and the lower ground floor.  Awaiting you is a generously sized infinity pool with integrated jacuzzi, which can be heated during the cooler months (additional charge is applicable). This is just one of the fabulous outside areas to relax, read a book, take in the incredible views, or simply soak up the sun all day long. There’s a large pergola should you wish to escape to a shaded area for a while.

GROUND FLOOR

The open plan living space comprises of a contemporary kitchen area, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine and other small electrical appliances. There’s a sleek breakfast bar / island unit with bar stools as well as dining table and chairs.

The lounge area has two L-shaped comfy sofas, satellite TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Premier League Football and Apple TV.  There’s a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s and children’s board games. Floor to ceiling patio doors extend the width of this level and provides direct access to an additional terrace with spectacular panoramic views.  Alfresco lounging and dining can be enjoyed from this marvellous terrace.  You’ll find rattan styled dining table and chairs, together with a casual seating area with sofas, chairs and table under a cantilevered parasol, there’s also an egg swing chair waiting for you! It truly is the perfect spot should you wish for a relaxed evening at the villa, watching the wondrous sunset with your loved ones.

We also have options available for private catering and BBQ evenings should you wish us to organise for you. Afterall, it’s your holiday and time to enjoy being looked after.

A separate utility room is also located on this floor housing a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as the safe.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

The lower ground floor hosts 2 bedrooms and a games room. Again, there’s a fabulous terrace with table and chairs and a full-size table tennis table – fun for kids and adults alike!

Games Room

The games room is a little treasure cave for all gamers out there, with a PS4 gaming console, darts, board games, football table, flat screen TV, sofa, and premier league football.  For those who wish to keep up their fitness regime, there’s a running machine, exercise bike, yoga mats and pilates equipment.

Bedroom 1

Twin bedroom complete with fitted wardrobes, vanity table, mirror and seat, bedside tables and en-suite shower-room.  Full size patio doors give you access to the terrace area.

Bedroom 2

Double bedroom complete with fitted wardrobes, vanity table, mirror and seat, television, bedside tables and en-suite shower-room. Again, full size patio doors give you access to the terrace area.

Double bedroom complete with fitted wardrobes, vanity table, mirror and seat, television, bedside tables and en-suite shower-room with the addition of a jacuzzi bath. Again, this room has a lovely balcony with furniture from which to admire the Mediterranean vista.

This master suite has the wow factor and spans the whole of the top floor. Complete with a circular double bed, fitted wardrobes, mini fridge, television, vanity unit, mirror and seating, en-suite shower room and jacuzzi bath. There are two super-sized picture windows framing the stunning views. The patio door leads out to your private spacious terrace with sun loungers and pergola, the ideal spot to practice a little meditation, have some me time or pre-dinner drinks catching the sunset ….. the choice is yours!
