Villa Wishes has a courtyard-style private pool on the ground floor with sun terrace adorned with sun loungers, double swing chair and delightful shaded areas under wooden pergolas at both ends of the pool should you wish to read a book or to escape the midday sun.

ROOF-TOP SEA VIEW TERRACE

Now this is the place to be!!  The spectacular roof-top sea view terrace has everything you could wish for and more. You’ll have your own, super gorgeous, private terrace with outstanding views of Kalkan Bay, sun loungers, egg swing chair, jacuzzi / hot tub, alfresco dining, food preparation, washing area and a BBQ. It’s the perfect spot to watch the incredible sunset and enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple.

Upon entering the villa through its unique wooden door you’ll be delighted with the beautifully styled open plan living layout.  To the right is the living area consisting of a plush L-shaped sofa and armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV.  There’s dining for 8 guests and a separate island unit with integrated breakfast bar and 4 chairs providing a great, sociable space. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, hob, fridge freezer, built-in microwave and oven, crockery and utensils.

A guest WC is located on this floor for your convenience.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Here you’ll find two spacious double bedrooms with sliding door wardrobes, bedside tables, vanity unit and seating, mirror and marble tiled en-suite shower rooms.

There’s a washing machine on this level and an opaque glass door leads out onto a communal patio area.

FIRST FLOOR

Two further spacious double bedrooms are on this level. Both possess Juliette balconies, sliding door wardrobes, bedside tables, vanity unit and seat, mirror, and marble tiled en-suite shower rooms.
