A contemporary, modern villa with a sense of spaciousness due to the open plan areas the villa has to offer. Situated just above the town, in a superb position with enviable views. Villa Sunny is exactly that, sunny all day long, 180 degrees of unobstructed glorious sunshine. The villa has air-conditioning, free Wi-FI and floor to ceiling sliding doors throughout.

Access to the villa is from the lower road with a garage situated to the left under the villa. Taking the steps up to the front entrance gate, be prepared to be wow’d by the magnificent view from the villa terrace.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

You’ll be greeted by a large, well laid out sun terrace with those aforementioned spectacular, sweeping views of Kalkan bay, ample sun loungers, parasols, infinity pool, comfy rattan sofas and chairs. There’s al fresco dining for 6 people and around the perimeter of the terrace are raised planted beds with a selection of bamboo and greenery. If you love to BBQ during your stay, there is also a small portable one here.

Pool dimensions are approximate: 9m long x 4m wide with a gradual sloping depth.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

Enter through the front door and you’ll find sleek ceramic tiling throughout, stylish interior decoration and furnishings.

Bedroom 1

To your left is a modern twin bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace, with large, fitted wardrobes and mirror.

To the right of the entrance is a shower room which is utilised as a communal WC and is the shower room for the twin bedroom. Consisting of WC, wash basin and shower.

Next on the right is a handy utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Leading from the corridor to the left is a lovely dining area for 6 people with direct access to the pool terrace, convenient for taking your drinks and snacks to the pool area. To the right is a fully equipped u-shaped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, kettle, extractor and fridge freezer. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Moving through into the living area there are comfy sofas, 1 x 2 seater and 1 x 3 seater, flat screen tv and armchair, again with direct access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2

At the top of the marble tiled staircase is a beautiful double bedroom with en suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity unit and mirror, large wardrobes and doors to your furnished balcony.
