Situated above Kalkan, overlooking the beautiful bays is this newly built luxury villa that will make your stay not only comfortable but most enjoyable. With it’s amazing views and all you could wish for and quite probably a little more, you will be delighted to spend time here. Just a 15 -20 mins downhill walk or stroll to the charming town, harbour and beach. And a 5mins taxi ride back if you’re not feeling the workout of hills in the heat on the way back.

GROUND FLOOR

A flight of steps from the street level will take you to the gorgeous pool terrace and access to the main villa. The interior is a wonderful open plan living space with a fresh yet relaxing vibe. A large L-shaped sofa surrounds a space with coffee table and of course is perfectly positioned to not only take in the view but also to comfortable watch the flat screen TV with access to Netflix and English Channels.

The contemporary dining table and chairs seat 6 and there’s also a breakfast bar with stools for less formal snacks. The kitchen itself is stylish, well designed and equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built in oven, microwave, kitchen island with good preparation space, hob and extractor hood. There’s also use of a coffee machine and water cooler.

POOL TERRACE

Your most difficult decision of the day may well be where to place yourself when you step outside, there’s such a lovely choice of areas to be. From the infinity pool and jacuzzi to the body sculptured sunbeds within the pool and beyond that a cabana style platform with 2 large mattress cushions and accessories.

Maybe you fancy a seat in the hanging chair or would you prefer to relax and stretch out on the large, L- shaped sofa, under the pergola?

If BBQs are your thing then you’ll adore this built in barbecue with preparation area and sink along with the al fresco dining area.

To the rear of the villa you’ll discover a lush area of grass and fruit trees.

 

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Here’s where you’ll discover your kids/husband(insert as required) if they’re not in that gorgeous pool. Firstly there’s the sumptuous cinema room in which to indulge in a movie or two. And quite importantly a kitchenette with candy floss and popcorn machines for that true cinema experience.

If you enjoy a little workout while away then you’ll appreciate the air – conditioned gym complete with treadmill, pilates mats and balls as well as an exercise bike and TV.

And after that work out what about soothing the muscles in your own private sauna, followed by a gentle deep in the heated indoor pool?

FIRST FLOOR

Master bedroom with en suite shower room, his n hers washbasins and jacuzzi bath, beautifully positioned to take in the stunning vista of Kalkan bay. There’s a dressing area, large king size bed, a swing seat precedes sliding glass doors opening onto your private balcony with table and chairs.

Twin bedroom with en suite shower room – it’s worth noting that this can also be made up as a double if required. The built in chaise longue on the opposite side of the room is just perfect for a quiet read or if you’d like to admire the sunset, wander onto the balcony and sup it all in.

SECOND FLOOR

Another great bedroom with large double bed, en suite shower room and a free standing bath within your room. Slide back the glass doors and you’ll discover another little delight..the rooftop terrace with your own private bar area, fridge, sink and 2 stools; luxuriate on the large mattress under the wooden pergola.. aah life is good!
