Villa Kalkan Charm is a modern 4-bedroom villa located in Kordere, just 3km from the centre of Kalkan. Overlooking the gorgeous and picturesque Kalkan Bay it has some superb views and has natural surroundings. We are certain you will be comfortable and relaxed with all mod cons from a fully equipped kitchen through to your own private pool and everything in between to make you feel at home.

This charming villa is well-designed in terms of its layout and furnishings with ceramic tiling, air conditioning and Wi-Fi available throughout. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided for little visitors and teenagers will more than likely appreciate the hammock on the top terrace to chillax in or the PlayStation 3 to enjoy when they’ve had enough sun.

If you’re a keen walker or like a stroll then it’s an approximate 20-minute walk into town. Taxi’s are a plenty and inexpensive in Kalkan why not treat yourself?

A delightful sun terrace awaits you with sleek grey ceramic tiling, adorned with sun loungers, parasols, and small tables.  There’s a good-sized infinity pool with integrated shallow children’s pool.  There’s al fresco dining for 8 guests beneath an undercover area and a portable BBQ.

GROUND FLOOR

Th open plan living area consists of the following.  The contemporary and stylish fully equipped kitchen is to the rear of the living space containing all the appliances you need to self-cater. There’s a breakfast bar area and bar stools providing a casual indoor dining area.  Leading to the front of the villa is the living area with a comfy L-shaped sofa, table, flat screen TV and PlayStation.  Below the staircase is a built-in storage area and the washing machine is situated here. There’s 2 sets of patio doors; one from the kitchen leading to the side terrace and another set from the living room with direct access to the pool and sun terrace.

Bedroom 1

Is located to the left of the main entrance door to the villa.  It’s a spacious Master bedroom with a super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, vanity table with mirror and an en-suite shower room.  Sliding patio doors take you to the pool terrace.

Is a roomy twin bedroom with large wardrobe area, bedside table and lamp and an en-suite shower room.

ROOF-TOP TERRACE

This super roof-top terrace is definitely the place to be and the perfect spot for relaxing whether it’s for morning coffee or to take in one of the breath-taking sunsets available from this villa. There’s a relaxed seating area and a super-sized hammock for lounging in. If you’re a bit of a stargazer you have the best opportunity to do just that from this villa.  It’s a stargazers paradise and many a time has the Milky Way been seen from here.
