Located just above the town in an enviable position with superb views, you’ll find yourself mesmerised by the magical Kalkan bay. The downhill walk into the centre of town will take you 10 -15mins at a leisurely pace.
Access to the villa is by steps from the lower road, where you’ll notice a garage parking area to your left.
Taking the rise of steps will lead you to a sizeable grey marble tiled area with a large dark tiled infinity pool which looks heavenly by day with the clouds reflecting in its water and equally as enchanting when lit in the evening. There’s ample sunbeds and parasols, comfy rattan sofas and large matching dining table with chairs for that perfect al fresco meal. And if you love a BBQ then you’re in luck there’s also a portable one here.

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors separate the lead you to interior from the pool terrace. This sizeable open plan living space possesses two stylish sofas and a cushy armchair awaiting your relaxation and ease. There’s also a flat screen satellite TV with access to UK channels.
The elegant kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll require during your stay; dishwasher, cooker, microwave, gas hob and fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils etc.
Inside dining can also take place at the large dining table and chairs in this living area.

WHAT WE LOVE
That pool! It’s sensational, the pool itself and the area around it is such a great place to socialise. We can see this suiting families and small groups of friends very well indeed. It’s proximity to the town centre is also very handy.
