Villa Ates offers all the amenities a family could want for a great holiday in Kalkan.

Situated in the popular Kisla area of Kalkan it’s just minutes away from the sea and beach clubs.  Of course you may not wish to venture to the beach having your own private pool for convenience.  Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout the villa.

A 15-minute stroll will take you by road into Kalkan town or why not jump in a water taxi by day!

Kisla area offers a few local restaurants, supermarket, several beach clubs and Kalkan beach park – a great place for all the family.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

The sun terrace surrounding the infinity pool is well laid out with comfortable sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture. There’s also a stone-built BBQ, food preparation area and al fresco dining.

Ground Floor

Open plan living, L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix. Play Station, card and board games are also in the lounge area.  There’s indoor dining for 8 guests. The kitchen is contemporary with a dishwasher, oven, hob, toaster, microwave and cooking equipment and utensils. Crockery and cutlery for 8 people.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Guest WC

There’s a guest WC for convenience located at the first flight of stairs down.

With washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1

A twin bedroom with wardrobes, bedside table and en-suite shower room.  Sliding patio doors lead out to the shaded terrace on this level and small garden area with fruit trees.

Bedroom 2

A large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and en-suite shower room, again sliding doors lead out to the terrace.

Outdoor table tennis table is located on the terrace.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 3

A large double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table with drawers, mirror and seating, and en-suite shower room. There are two balconies to this bedroom; one at the side via a single door and and the other is via large patio sliding doors that lead out to a sea facing shared balcony with bedroom 4 and gorgeous sea views.

Bedroom 4

Another double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity table with drawers, mirror and seating, and an en-suite shower room.  Again a private balcony to the side via a single door and sliding doors leading out to the shared balcony.

SECOND FLOOR

Roof-Top Terrace

Recently refurbished this area is incredibly spacious and has its very own bar complete with sink, drinks and snack preparation area and bar stools.  Additionally, there are sun loungers, parasols, swing egg-chair, rattan style relaxing chairs, sofa, and table, and a fabulous jacuzzi hot tub. It’s the perfect place for your favourite tipple watching the gulet boats arrive late afternoon and to view the spectacular sunsets available from this area.
