Villa Ates offers all the amenities a family could want for a great holiday in Kalkan.

Situated in the popular Kisla area of Kalkan it’s just minutes away from the sea and beach clubs.  Of course you may not wish to venture to beach having your own private pool for convenience. The terrace surrounding the pool is laid out well with comfortable sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture. There’s also a BBQ and al fresco dining area.

The pool itself is 7m long and 3m wide with a depth of 1.60m.

Outdoors table tennis table is located to the side of the terrace.

 

 

Ground Floor

Open plan living, L-shaped sofas, flat screen satellite TV with Netflix. Playstation, card and board games are also in the lounge area.

The kitchen is contemporary with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and cooking equipment and utensils. Crockery and cutlery for 8 people.

Upper Floors

Bedroom 1 – large double with wardrobe, bedside table, en suite shower room and balcony facing the sea.

Bedroom 2 – another double with wardrobe, bedside table, en suite bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom 3 – twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedside table and en suite shower room.

Top Terrace

Recently refurbished this area now has its very own bar complete with stools, furniture and a jacuzzi.

 

What we love:

The thought of sipping a glass of something gorgeous in the jacuzzi of the top terrace while the sun melts into the sea..well more accurately disappears behind the mountains across the Kalkan bay!

A great location for younger children, facilities and amenities locally such as beach clubs, supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Easy access to Kalkan town either by water taxi or road taxi.
