This villa has a larger than average footprint compared to many in Kalkan, providing it with a huge amount of scope for additional accommodation. So sizeable is this land and the villa itself, that there would be ample ability to create further rooms to the villa, convert the garage into an apartment and even build a small property on the garden area adjacent to the villa.
