Location is so important when choosing your ideal holiday villa and believe us when we tell you that you’ll adore this one! It’s above Kalkan centre, so has enviable views, and is only a 15-minute leisurely downhill walk into town. The villa itself  is a contemporary, well – designed property with floor to ceiling windows in all rooms framing those gorgeous views like a picture!

The villa has 5 bedrooms –  3 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms – ideal for families or friends, or friends like family.

EXTERIOR & POOL AREA

The outside space includes a well looked after, small lush garden. Travertine paving covers the generous outdoor terrace furnished with rattan sofas and armchairs. Under the shaded pergola area to the side is a large dining table and seating for 10 – ideal for al fresco dining and barbeques.

The infinity pool looks out across the sparkling sea and is the same depth throughout making it a comfortable standing height for adults. Plenty of sun loungers for all and parasols providing ample shading align the pool. The pool shower is located alongside.

GAMES ROOM

Located beneath the pool is where you’ll probably find any teenagers –  a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table. There’s also a running machine and step for those wishing to maintain their fitness during their time away.

INTERIOR

GROUND FLOOR

This spacious area is furnished with Italian designed comfy sofas, occasional tables and has a large flat screen TV. Wi-Fi’s available throughout the property and all rooms are air conditioned.

There’s a large dining table with leather chairs to accommodate 10 guests.

The kitchen is an L-shape from the dining / living area with a breakfast bar separating it from the dining area. It has a contemporary feel and is fitted with stylish white cupboards and black marble work surfaces. The gas hob, oven and dishwasher are integral. There is a large freestanding fridge freezer and a water cooler. Also provided are an electric kettle as well as a Turkish style tea-making kettle, toasted sandwich-maker, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The ground floor has a convenient under stairs bathroom with a toilet / washbasin in the hall way near the front door.

FIRST FLOOR

The upper floors are reached via a spiral staircase which has a chrome handrail.  The air-conditioned bedrooms are located as follows:

Bedroom 1

1 x  double bedroom with a modern comfortable faux leather king-sized bed, bedside cabinets / drawers, a dressing table and plenty of built-in wardrobe space. This room can easily accommodate a cot. The en-suite bathroom is finished in travertine with quality porcelain fittings and a walk in shower with raindrop shower head.

This room has a large balcony which is shared with the twin room opposite providing a relaxed outside seating area with a sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table perfect for enjoying an early evening drink.

Bedroom 2

The twin bedroom on this floor has good sized comfortable single beds and a similar bathroom to bedroom 1 finished in travertine with a walk in shower. Again there is ample built-in wardrobe space, bedside cabinets / drawers and a dressing table and seat.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom 3

Another double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  There’s a comfortable king-sized bed with faux leather headboard and base, a dressing table and plenty of storage space in modern built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is finished to the same standard as that on floor 1. The bedroom opens on to a lovely balcony to take advantage of the amazing views.

Bedroom 4

Another twin bedroom on this floor with two good sized comfortable single beds and en-suite shower room. The facilities are very similar to the bedroom of this type on the first floor with built-in wardrobes a dressing table. Access through sliding doors to shared balcony.
